Product information
Our fixed ladder is made of galvanized steel and has rifled rungs. It’s especially developed with regards to durability and simple installation. It is placed where it is difficult for a person to get out of the water. Mounting is easy on stone- or wooden quays and on bridges and pontoon bridges.
Spacers ensure extra space between the ladder and the quay wall for easy access. The highly reflective
reflectors indicate the way out of the water. The sign (“Rescue Ladder”) with reflectors makes it easy to find the ladder.
The complete sets come in three different lengths and includes fittings and spacers, reflective sign (“Rescue Ladder”) and two reflector plates in two different lengths.

Placing
Position the ladder so it is visible from as many angles as possible. The ladders are to be placed 25-50 meters apart from each other. Attach the included reflectors to increase the ladder’s visibility in darkness. The ladder should reach a minimum of 1meter below the surface at low tide, to ensure its accessibility at all times. Position the sign “RESCUE LADDER” on the quay, next to the ladder.
